Lab Entry 1

Today the structure of DNA was reviewed. The natures of purines and Pirimidines was reviewed, with there hexagonol or pentagonol form. Each base pair has two or three Hydrogen bonds. The protiens produced by the cell are codded for in the arrangement of base pairs withing the DNA strand

talk about why there was no growth. 

4-1, 4-2, mm294(this last strand was one whe just found in the fridge, and we wanted to see what would happen with it. 

after it didn't work we took 4-1, 4-2, and mm294 and spread them on lb agar.

put all of this on the project notebook.
