Procedures:
11/18/16: We checked the plates for growth and put them in the incubator.
11/17/16: We swabbed different places around the school and then swabbed the plates. We also re-plated our cultures from the tubes. These plates did not go in the incubator.
11/16/16: We isolated cultures from the original plates. We drew six squares on each new plate and used a different culture for each square. We ended up with two different plates with one plate for the 4-1 strand and one for the 4-2 strand.
11/14/16: We visited a local school and performed a cheek cell DNA extraction with a group of students.
11/10/16: We attempted a transformation with our cultures.
